Privacy is part of the protection model.
This scaffold records Sentinel’s intended privacy principles. A complete legally reviewed privacy notice must replace it before public launch.
Minimum necessary data
Sentinel is designed to avoid permanent message-content storage. Incident subjects are represented using keyed pseudonymous identifiers where practical, while guild configuration and audit information are retained only for the service’s defined purposes.
Discord authentication
The website uses Discord OAuth2 with the identify and guilds scopes. Discord account email access is not requested. Guild ownership and management permissions are checked by Sentinel’s authoritative API.
No launch-time global user profiling
The launch scope does not include a shared cross-server strike system, automatic cross-server enforcement, or unsolicited account-compromise direct messages.
Your rights
Sentinel will provide a route for verified access, correction, objection, and deletion requests before production launch. Retention periods and the responsible-party contact details will be published here.
This page is product scaffolding and is not yet the final POPIA/GDPR privacy notice.
